SHIPPING
Orders are shipped either UPS or USPS. We primarily use UPS, except for small light items which are cheaper to ship USPS. Keep in mind that UPS rounds up to the nearest pound so 4oz or 15oz cost the same to ship. 16oz to 31oz would also cost the same (Billed as 2lbs). When shipping by UPS a large but light item is charged a dimensional weight. Unless otherwise requested we will always try to ship the cheapest but most efficient method.
UPS
When shipping by UPS a tracking number is assigned to each parcel to confirm your order is received. On most orders you can use the UPS website to help determine the shipping cost. If checking rates please use Zip Code 07073. This is the warehouse shipping location.
USPS
On lighter items shipping by USPS First Class Mail is cheaper. By shipping USPS there is not tracking number system available. If you prefer this shipping method we are happy to oblige, however we assume no responsibility for claims of non-receipt of product. To the best of our knowledge there has not been a problem with this shipping method.

RETURN POLICY
Any defective product can be returned for a full refund minus shipping costs within 30 days of receiving product. Please contact us within 30 days with any problems or concerns with your product purchase. Your product will be replaced or refunded depending on the situation.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase the product can be returned as long as it is in Brand New and Re-Saleable condition. You will receive credit for the product itself . Shipping Costs and handling fees will not be refunded. If the product is damaged in delivery, you must report any visible damage to the box upon delivery to the carrier.In this case the carrier should cover the cost of the product. The Risk of loss and title for shipments passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
